Castle Glen Estates Farm and Winery, LLC dba. Castle Glen Estates Winery follows all State and Federal rules and regulations in regard to shipping alcohol. We do not ship to AL, DE, KY, MS, OK, or UT. We use Fedex or UPS to fulfill all shipping. We require all purchases be made by someone 21 years of age or older. A signature and identification are required at time of delivery. A statement to this affect is printed on the outside of all shipping containers. At time of delivery, the receiver must show identification and be 21 years of age or older and sign for the package.

How do I return my wine?
If you're not 100% satisfied with any of the wines you receive from us, simply contact us at (804) 763-9677 within a year of purchase and we'll happily send you a replacement.
What do I do if the wine I ordered is damaged?
Despite our best efforts to secure wine shipments, wine bottles are fragile and issues arise from time to time. Contact our member services team and we will rectify the situation quickly.
Are there any restrictions?
Please note that we will happily replace any wines purchased directly from the winery, given that they are still available; however we cannot replace Castle Glen wines purchased from other wine retailers or restaurants. In rare instances, we reserve the right to deny our return policy to customers who we suspect are attempting to abuse the policy.
